The Software is currently in demo/test phase. It is provided "as is" by Huz Studio, without any warranty of performance, stability, or continuity of service.

Limitation of Liability:

The publisher cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages (bugs, crashes, data loss) resulting from the use of the Software on your hardware.

Intellectual Property:

The Faill brand and all elements (code, graphics, sounds, logos) present in the game, launcher, and on the site are the exclusive property of Huz Studio. Any unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.

3. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

Huz Studio is committed to respecting your privacy.

Data Collection:

  • Analytics: This site uses PostHog, an audience analytics tool hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt). The data collected is anonymous: no cookies are placed, and no personally identifiable information is gathered.
